US Post Office to increase shipping rates on January 27th

Posted by BearExtender Staff on

This Sunday, the US Post Office will implement their yearly postage rate increase. While domestic rates are seeing a small jump of around 7%, International rates are increasing between 25 and 60% depending on mail class.

At BearExtender, we have maintained the same rates the last several years for domestic shipping, and have only increased International rates a modest amount each year. We are currently determining what changes to make to our international postage structure and will update this article with changes later this week. To ensure you get the cheapest shipping rate, we recommend buying before Friday, January 25th, 2013.

Update: As of July 2013, we only ship to the 50 US States, Canada, APO military addresses, and US territories including Guam and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to other international destinations.
